Laptop Rental Rules

As Thailand does not have a unified credit guarantee system, laptop rentals include costs for labor, transportation, fuel, tolls, parking, installation, setup, and pickup services. Therefore, a full deposit for the laptop's value is required for rentals. The minimum rental period is 1 month; daily or weekly rentals are not available.

Rental Terms: After the equipment is returned and inspected for no damage, no water damage, no falls, and no missing accessories, the remaining deposit will be refunded after deducting the rental fee. In cases of human-induced damage, cracked screens, motherboard water damage, keyboard damage, lost chargers, lost peripherals, etc., costs will be deducted for repair or replacement.
